No agobiaré a mis hijos con problemas que no están capacitados para resolver, recordando que yo soy el adulto y ellos los niños. Si es necesario disciplinar a mis hijos, les haré ver que estoy en contra de su comportamiento, pero no en contra de ellos. Cuidaré de mi persona física y emocionalmente para estar dispuesta cuando mis hijos me necesiten.
